I was recently lucky
enough to go on a Luangsay cruise from Luang Prabang to Huay Xai and
wanted to express my appreciation to you for offering this cruise, and
to the guides. Somphone Phoumyphol and Toua Moua were very kind and
helpful, and went very much out of their way to make the customers feel
welcome and comfortable. They also both offered interesting information
to the customers.
The
boat was comfortable and well-equipped for a pleasant trip in beautiful
scenery. Luangsay lodge was absolutely wonderful! The employees were
very kind and helpful, the food was delicious, and the rooms were clean
and perfectly equipped. The others in my party and I were very
impressed by Luangsay’s employment practices and emphasis on supporting
the local economy...

Overall very enjoyable experience, one we will always remember.

Toua is a very helpful young man - we like him very much.
Luangsay Lodge is excellent - but we wish we could stay there longer -
maybe spend a day there then continue next day on the next boat.
